“The attendant at check in was welcoming and shared all the details about the property. Being my first stay and experience with Sonesta Simply Suites I was very pleasantly surprised by the property and offerings. A legitimate gym with proper equipment and pet friendly are a couple of my favorite features. The studio suite is spacious and well appointed. I have a new favorite stay when I’m traveling for work and fun. ”

“I didn’t have breakfast I think it was an extra charge we didn’t know this. The kitchen staff was rude when I called down to order regular cokes and kept trying to joke that he would add alcohol though I asked several times not to. I was with a recovering alcoholic so it was extremely rude.”

“I stay here whenever I'm in the area. Its well maintained, I've had a couple times where something was broken. (Shower handle would spin and not turn on, another time the wall outlet didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone next to the bed). Nothing major, and the staff apologized and tried to make it right. I'll keep coming back, I understand that things happen.”

“Everything about the inn and staff were exceptional and we plan to use the facility in the future. GREAT JOB RED ROOF IN !!! HOWEVER, the experience of Expedia screwing up the booking was beyond the pale and Expedia's refusal to correct the booking or refund our money was criminal. Expedia does everything in their power to avoid taking responsibility when THEY SCREW UP. i should have never booked through Expedia in the first place. Instead I went direct to the Inn to book the room...
